I am without a Job since August and live on Unemployment. Creditcard Debt: Close to 17500 ! I don't know what to do sometimes, but what can I do?????????????? Single Mom, brought up two Children on my own with very little Income, the Credit Card was a Blessing sometimes, so I thought!!! Now I am FACING EVERY SINGLE morning that freaking number and it won't go away because I hardly have enough to survive. Any advise??????? My first was wrecking my first car about 3 years ago. It wasn't really my fault (deer), but I have spent thousands and thousands in higher insurance, going through different vehicles, etc... It only had 50k miles on it and I would still have it today! :( 2. When I got into investing a year and a half ago, I was constantly watching the markets and buying and selling ALL the time. It took me awhile to learn to be patient, forget about short-term ups and downs, and stay for the long haul. I wonder how much I wasted on $10 trades and how much I left on the table after selling stocks after a measly gain, only to watch them continue to climb! Oh well, the earlier in life you learn from these mistakes, the longer you have to make up for them and thrive! I have 2 big financial mistakes that I regret.
